1. What this notice covers

This notice explains the cookies, local storage and similar technologies used on thalenixai.com (the "Website") and in Unified AI Workspace (the "Service"). It supports our Privacy Policy.

2. Our approach

We use strictly necessary technologies, which the Website or Service needs in order to work or stay secure. We load anything non-essential only after you opt in, for all visitors. At launch we use no non-essential technologies.

3. What we use

The Website. The Website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, remarketing or session-recording technologies.

The Service. When you sign in, the Service sets a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is HTTP-only, uses SameSite=Lax, and expires after 14 days or when you sign out.

Embedded video. The Website shows a placeholder for a ThalenixAI product demo hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you click to play. When you do, the video loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube (Google) may receive your IP address and browser information and may use cookies or similar storage under its own privacy policy.

Analytics. The Website does not use analytics at launch. If we add it, we will update this notice and load it only after you opt in.

4. How to control technologies

Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and storage. Blocking the Service's session cookie will stop you from staying signed in.

5. International users

These choices apply to all visitors. Where the law of your region requires more, we apply it to the extent it applies to us.
