Early Access Notice (shown on the form)

1. What we collect

Your name, email address, role, AI tools you use, how you intend to use Unified AI Workspace, how often you move context between AI tools, and whether you are interested in early testing. Please do not put confidential or sensitive information in the text boxes.

2. Why

  • Early Access: to review your request, decide on invitations to early testing, contact you about Early Access and early testing, and understand potential users' needs and workflows.
  • Product updates (optional, separate): to email you news and updates about ThalenixAI products. You can join Early Access without choosing this.

3. How we handle it

  • Who handles it: ThalenixAI, our hosting and email service providers, and professional advisers where needed. Our primary hosting region is India, and our service providers may process information in other countries.
  • We do not sell your information.
  • Retention: we keep your Early Access record until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after your last substantive interaction with us (submitting the form, contacting or replying to us, creating an account, or taking part in early testing), whichever is first. Opening or clicking links in update emails does not extend this period. Updates continue until you unsubscribe or the record is deleted. If you unsubscribe or we delete your record, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.
  • Deletion: we aim to remove your information from our active systems within 15 calendar days of a verified request and will do so within 30 calendar days. Backups expire within 30 days after that; logs are kept for 12 months (Privacy Policy, section 12).

4. Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe at any time. The unsubscribe link in every update takes effect immediately. If you ask by email instead (contact@thalenixai.com, subject "PRIVACY: Unsubscribe"), we stop sending within 5 working days.
  • Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@thalenixai.com (subject "PRIVACY: Access Request", "PRIVACY: Correction Request" or "PRIVACY: Deletion Request"). We acknowledge requests automatically and respond within 30 calendar days.
  • If someone gave us your email address without your agreement, tell us at the same address and we will remove it.
  • Complain to our Grievance Officer, Mithra Devi A, through contact@thalenixai.com (subject "GRIEVANCE: Complaint"), or to the relevant data-protection regulator, where applicable.
  • The Privacy Policy has the full detail.

5. Eligibility and availability

Early Access is for people who are 18 or older. We do not verify age. The Service is not currently offered in China, and Early Access is not open to people there.
